Well we made it past our due date, 4 April 2012. Little Al is officially full term... and then some. We had our 40 week check up (really didn't think I would make it to that!) yesterday and still no developments indicating labor is looming. I "measured small" again... 35cm when I guess I should be around 40? This means an ultrasound today. From what I gather they will check that she is still "thriving" and that my fluid levels (doesn't it sound like I am going in for an automotive checkup!?) are ok. If either of those are not looking good, we will be induced TODAY! If both are fine, I go in Monday for a non-stress test and we will talk about scheduling an induction next week at some point. This "measuring small" issue sure is stressful. I am completely comfortable now... and I am happy to wait as long as she needs to be ready to make her appearance, but the ultrasounds to make sure that she is thriving are taking their toll on me emotionally. We just need you to be healthy Ms. Al!

| 20 Weeks - Man Time Flies! |
Mom and Dad are coming into town tonight to celebrate Easter (and to be here in case Al comes). I am so excited to see them. Something comforting about having mama close by and Dad to lighten the mood :) Kyle and Townsend will come up tomorrow and spend the weekend as well. Perfect distractions!
Here is a little evidence of my baking this week :) Icing is sooo much harder than I expected it to be!
